West Bengal Police has launched a Portal for the people to register their Complaints or FIR with the online system.

FIR Registration
To register a complaint you have to open the official website of West Bengal. Then click on Citizen Corner and an image will be shown on your screen as given below for reference
Now you have to enter all the necessary information for further proceed like:
- Type of Incident, which type of complaint you want to register on the portal(Select from the drop-down menu)
- Enter the detail about the incident(write about your complaint against crime)
- Enter the Name of Criminal against whom you want to lodge FIR or register a complaint
- Enter the details of Informant(who is registering a complaint)
- Enter Informants Name and address
- Enter the state, District, Police Station of Informant(Select from the drop-down menu)
- Enter Phone Number and Email of Informant
- Then click on Agree with Disclaimer if you are agree
- In the end, click on the button Submit Here

FIR Search
For FIR Search you have to click on Citizen Corner and then click on FIR Search and your screen will be shown a picture as given below for reference
Now you have to fill all the details for FIR Search
- Enter the details for Search Information like(District, Police Station, FIR Number, FIR Date Range(Start and End Date of FIR)
- Now enter your personal details (Your full Name, Visitor Type(Accused, Complainant, Victim, Other), Mobile Number, Email ID, Your Address and Captcha Code
- Then click on the Submit button
