You can apply for the Telangana state for the Pahani/ Adangal by either online method or visiting Tahsildar office.

Copy of ROR 1B and Pahani

To get the certified copies of Pahani, ROR 1B and other land related information by making use of the “MeeSeva” portal. In order to get the certified copy, you have to fill the application form for each document.
