EHS- Employees Health Scheme Telangana
The State Government Telangana has been helping the People with the Number of schemes from day to day. The EHS employee Health Scheme has been started by the government at the Mee Seva Health Portal by issuing them the employee Health scheme cards has been provided for the cashless treatment for the people. The service has been with the network Empaneled Hospitals under the Aarogyasri Health Care Trust.
Objective Employee Health Scheme Telangana
The Employee Health scheme is to provide the cashless treatment for the employees and the Pensioners as well as the dependent or the family members which is for the help of additional benefits from the post-operative care and the other treatment for the chronic diseases which is for empanelled hospitals.
Cashless EHS Treatment insurance
The treatment insurance of Rs. 2 Lakh and above will be provided to the people means the employee and the Pensioner of the Telangana.

- Click on the Mee Seva Service Forms.
- Click on the “Aarogyasri.
- Click on the MeeSeva Application Employees”.
- Click on the Health Card Application Form.
- Fill the Application form.
- Submit the application form.

Conditions for adding Beneficiary at EHS
Check the conditions for adding the beneficiary at EHS to avoid any confusion.
- The dependent below the age of 5 years has the birth certificate to avail the benefit under EHS.
- The dependent above the age of 5 years has to give the Aadhaar card.
- Adding of the beneficiary under the scheme can take place only once.
- The son above the age of 25 years is not acceptable for the beneficiary at EHS in case of disability the candidate can get the benefit at EHS.
- The daughter’s above the age if 25 years are accepted for the Beneficiary

- Enter the id number you have selected.
EHS Registration
You can register at the EHS by making use of the information which is explained to you as follows:

- Click on the Initiate Health Card/View Application.
- Enter your Aadhaar number.
- Enter all the information which is asked in the form as shown in the image as follows:
- Your application will be accepted and you will get a message on the screen as shown below.
- Click on the add beneficiary option.
- Enter the beneficiary details.
- If the beneficiary is below the age of 5 years then you have to submit the date of birth certificate along with the photograph.
- In case the beneficiary is above the age of 5 years then you have to submit the Aadhaar card and the photo along.
- If the spouse is a government employee then you have to submit the details such as Employee/Pensioner ID, HOD, District, the designation, Service, DDO Code, Category, Pay Source, PRC, Pay Grade, Current Pay, Certificate, Photo & Service.
- After the successful addition of member at EHS save it and submit the application.
- Recheck the application to avoid the errors.
- You can also get the print of the application for future use.
In the case of the pensioner, you have to submit the declaration form in case you want to get the benefit of the EHS scheme.
