On 9th July the Swayam online courses were launched by the President of India, Hon. Pranab Mukherjee.

To reach out to the remote areas the best solution is to digitalize the courses. The government has come up with the Swayam portal which provides free courses under different subject category wise.

Digitization or e-content is the best strategy to reach up to the remote areas. There are many advantages of digitization/e-content like it’s reliable, cost-effective, fast, interactive, etc.

Under this initiative, the government has introduced 32 Swayam DTH channels which will be available across the country. Recently, the government has also come up with an app for Android, iOS, and Windows.
