Singh Badnore has started a new scheme for the improvement of a healthy society called Sherring and Caring Scheme in Punjab. Under the Sherring and Care Scheme in Punjab, all schools will provide first aid training to their students so that they can manage every situation and can provide immediate relief to the patients before taking them to the hospital.
The Governor said that skilled human resources are not enough to help at the time of trouble. The Governor appreciated the proposal presented by the Indian Red Cross Society to encourage better and more dynamic relations between both private and government health services. In this scheme, the governor has launched an app called e-slip and private medical practitioners have got recognition of the app and this will reduce the gap in human infrastructure. The E-Perchi app helps people living in rural areas in particular.
