The Uttar Pradesh government started another scheme for the welfare as from the day the government came to power is doing work for the welfare of the Uttar Pradesh public. The Uttar Pradesh government started the scheme to provide employment to the youngsters present in the state as each an every state or country the young population is an as precious resource for them. The scheme is named as Sewa Yojana. The employment department has recently started an online service for the same by providing the online portal for the citizens of Uttar Pradesh.
Why is a need for start Sewa Yojana?
The need to start the sewa yojana is very clear it is started to provide employment to the young population of the state so that they can withstand on their own and can become an important resource for the nation. The objective of the scheme is to increase the serviceability among the people of the minorities so that they can also work for the state and they can also get the chance to serve the nation. The main aim is to provide employment to the SC( Scheduled Caste), ST( Scheduled Tribe), OBC(other backward castes) people which can only be possible if they will get awareness how to apply for the job if they get a particular type education. This scheme will definitely do the same by creating awareness among them about each and every type of opening or vacancies generated in the state.

There are more than 90 serving offices, 18 regional offices,57 district offices, 13 university service information and consultancy, 52 teaching and guidance centers. Employment fairs will be conducted by the department so that they can create awareness in the youth for the job and the mela will also provide them with the job will also be provided to them. 3. Teaching and guidance centers:
The guidance centers were set up to provide the knowledge to the youth so that he can be aware of each and every opening in the state. There are 52 states in UP so such guidance center will able to train the minority people about the use of computer and shorthand and more relevant for their careers and more about the setting up counseling centers, market offices and service offices for the help of people searching employment in the state.
