The government of Madhya Pradesh (Tribal Welfare Department) launched the Pravinya Scholarship scheme. Under the scheme, the students from tribal backgrounds would be benefitted with financial assistance depending on the level of schooling they are currently pursuing. This amount would be directly transferred into their account every month. The candidates who are interested in taking full benefit of the scheme must go to the nearest Tribal Welfare Department.

Class Per Month Scholarship Rate for Boys Per Month Scholarship Rate for Girls
Class 1st to 5th INR. 15/- Per month (Only for specific backward class) INR. 15/- Per Month
Class 6th to 8th INR. 20/- Per Month INR. 30/- Per Month
Class 9th to 10th INR. 60/- Per month
  • Scholarship amount will be directly transferred to beneficiary’s account

  • All tribal applicants home of Madhya Pradesh state is qualified under this plan
  • No limitation of yearly wage
