Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra – Jan Aushadhi Yojana is a campaign run by the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Government of India, under the scheme, the Government will soon open more than 1,000 public dispensaries across the country for the purpose of providing medicines at 60 to 70 percent low prices to the common citizens. Eligibility
- Any businessman or individual, NGO, hospital, pharmacist, charitable institution, medical practitioner and the doctor can submit the application for opening Jan Aushadhi center.
- Medicines up to Rs 50,000 will be given in advance to open Jan Aushadhi center for SC, ST and Divya applicants.
- Documents required to open public drug center
- The applicant must have the Aadhaar card.
- Pan Card should also have a PAN card to apply.
- For application to the Institute / NGO / Hospital / Charitable Organization, Aadhar card, PAN Card, Certificate of formation and registration certificate will be required.
- You must have at least 10 square meters of space to open a public drug center. You can also take it on rent.
