So the government will allow the amount to the beneficiaries with the help of the  Universal Account Number. Candidate will get the benefit of the Employees Provident Fund.

Indirectly we are all dependent on them and their absence from the scenario can create a problem in the normal functioning of the system. Therefore this scheme and its sub scheme were mandatory for there well being.

Shram Suvidha Portal

It is a portal which is for the laborers as mentioned earlier. It will allow the Labour Identification Number (LIN) to access the online compliance of the services 16 out of 44 labor laws.

  • The candidate is allocate with a unique Labour Identification Number (LIN) to Units to access the facility of online registration.
  • The filing of the self certified and single online return is made possible.
  • The labor inspector has to upload the inspection report with the 72 hours
  • Online access to the portal will also help in the redress of grievances.
  • All the above facilities will lead to the bring out good for the labor class and allow the  ease of doing business.

Random Inspection Scheme

Labor inspection will be carried out by the respective officer for the units. No selected or the local objective criteria to be set for the inspection procedure. The random Inspection scheme is the part of the government scheme. It will allow the transparency in the inspection of the labor work.

  • With the use of the random search or inspection procedure. It will lead to cover the Serious matters under the inspections.
  • The details or the data for the inspections is computerized and so as the list for the random selection and pre determined objective criteria for the inspections.
