Odisha Police online FIR Portal

Odisha Police is applying CCTNS(Crime and Criminal Tracking Network Systems) which is the operation project of Government of India. Under the CCTNS project, all Police Stations And Higher Police offices in the State and across the country are connected through the Internet system. Odisha Police is providing a portal for Complaints Registrations/FIR for ease of citizens of Odisha without going to the Police Station.

How to Register A Complaint

First of all, go to the Odisha Police’s online portal. Now click on the Citizens Services then click on Complaint Registration and you will find a picture like this given below for reference

Read this carefully and then click on Register if you are new to portal. And you can see a picture for reference given below

Fill all the necessary details

Enter your First Name, Middle Name, Last Name
Enter your Mobile Number but it should not start with 0
Enter your Email Id
Enter your Gender(you can select from the drop-down menu)
Enter your Date of Birth
Enter Login Id
Enter Password
Then click on the button Submit

After Registration, you can see a picture like this given below for reference

Now you have to click on Complaints as you can see in the picture given above then it will show you options click on the first option Add New Complaint Details. Now you can see a picture given below for your reference

Add your personal details as shown in the picture given above
Your UID Number
First, Middle, Last name
Relation Type(Select from the drop-down menu on your right-hand side)
Enter your Date of Birth, Year of Birth, Age(Year/Month)
Age Range(From-To)
Nature of Complaint(Select from the drop-down menu on your right side)
Email ID, Mobile Number, Landline Number
Enter your Relative Name
Now click on Submit button
For Accused Details click on Accused Details and then Add New and picture will show on the screen like this given below for reference

Again fill the Personal Details of Accused like UID, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile No./Landline No. and then click on Save button to proceed.
For Incident Details click on Incident Details you can see in the picture given below

Fill all the details like(Incident Place, Type of Incident, Date & Time of Incident(Select Yes or No)
Click on File Upload and the picture will appear on your screen is given below as a reference

Now fill the details given as shown in the picture above.
Then click on the Submit button to proceed.
For Complaint Submission Details see picture given below for reference
For the complaint, Details click on Complaints Details check the picture given below for reference.

Enter the Date of Complaint, Complaint Description, Remarks, File Upload and then Submit.

Request for FIR Copy

To get the FIR Copy click on Request for FIR Copy a picture will show on your screen is given below for your reference.

Click on the Applicants Details and fill the personal details of the same.
Enter First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, DOB, Identity type(select from the drop-down menu), Relative type(select from the drop-down menu), Landline Number, Email Id, Gender(select from the drop-down menu), Mobile Number, Identity Card Number, Relative Name.
now click on Submit button.
