The Kashyapa Scheme launched by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu for Food and Shelter in Andhra Pradesh. - Candidate and his/her parents must be permanent residents in Andhra Pradesh
- Holders of White Ration Card are eligible
- Annual family income should be below INR. 75,000
- Orphan youngsters underneath 14 years old, all diversely abled, all dowagers of all ages, Elderly over 60 years age as on 1 March 2016 are qualified
