Jharkhand Police has launched Online FIR Portal for the citizens of Jharkhand. Anybody can register the complaint very easily. You can instantly register yourself on Jharkhand Online FIR Portal. You can register your complaints easily on the Portal. Now no need to go to the Police Station for Lodge an FIR or register a Complaint.

Complaint Registration
You can see a picture of Jharkhand FIR portal given above, to register a complaint, first of all, enter your Adhaar Number if you have if you don’t have Adhaar Number or you have lost your Complaint ID you can directly click on the Please Click Here as you can see in the picture given below for reference
Now a page will open on the screen as given below for reference
Now you can register your complaint directly on the Portal, you have to enter all the necessary details given below
- Enter your Full Name
- Select your Gender(Male or Female)
- Enter your Age
- Enter your Address and Pin Code Number
- Enter your Mobile Number, Email Id, Telephone Number(Code and Number)
- Choose your Identity Type(Aadhar Card, Passport, Pan Card, Voter Id, Driving License, Employee Card, Bank Passbook), Identity Details, ID Proof Attachment
- Enter the Place of Occurrence and District Police Station
- Select the Topic of Complaint from the drop-down menu
- Enter the Subject of Complaint
- Details of Complaint
- If you want to attach any type of scanned copy of the written document with complainant’s signature or thumb impression you can attach.
- Enter your One Time Password and click on Verify OTP
View Status of Complaint/ FIR
If you want to view the Status of the Complaint you can click on JOFS FIR Status and you will see a picture as given below for reference
- Now you have to enter your Email/Mobile Number
- Then enter Complaint ID
Download FIR Copy
You can download FIR Copy from the Jharkhand Online portal. You have to enter a few details to download the FIR Copy as given below.
