On April 14, at Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, our CM Chandrababu Naidu launched an app called AP CM Connect. As the name itself implies the core functionality of the mobile application, and the primary goal is to provide a way to file a complaint that reaches the CM’s desk.
What is this AP CM Connect App?
When technology meets the common man, the results would be astonishing. The same happened here in the Andhra Pradesh state. It is recorded that this is the first place in India where there is a dedicated mobile application to process all the feedbacks and the requests that were going to receive from the public. With this AP CM Connect App, there are more chances to interact with the common man who can’t reach the higher officials directly with their issues.
Generally speaking, this CM Connect Android application will build a bridge between the people and the supreme authority within the state. The app claims that all the details filled by the applicant will be kept secret and won’t be revealed to anyone at any cost.
Technically, this particular smartphone application is developed by Microsoft and runs on Microsoft’s Kaizala platform.
