Pinarayi Vijayan is a Malayalam born on 24 May 1945. He is an Indian politician who is the 12th and current Chief Minister of Kerala, since taking office on 25 May 2016.

• First, you would need to present him the information in a way that he is convinced that your problem is serious and needs attention.
• Then the information would be further processed and then the MLA of your area would partially take your issue forward and speak on it if the information is found at concern of the Chief Minister an appointment would be fixed but if it is of concern to any other department then you would have an appointment fixed with that person who the information would be related to.

Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund
Online facility to apply for financial assistance from the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund
Citizens can register on-line for distress relief fund on www.cmdrf.kerala.gov.in. They can also check the status of their grievances.
In addition to online registration of availing financial assistance from the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund, requests can be filed at Local Self Government institutions like Village, Taluk and Panchayat offices associated with the applicant.
Fund allotment upto Rs. 10,000 shall be sanctioned by the District Collector concerned; fund above Rs. 10,000 upto Rs. 3 lakhs shall be sanctioned by the Chief Minister and those above Rs. 3 lakhs shall be sanctioned only with the prior approval of Cabinet.
How to contribute:-
The contributor can send his contribution to the fund in the form of cheque/demand draft in the name of Principal Secretary (Finance). Funds will be received at all Collectorate and Taluk Offices.
