Goa Police has taken a step ahead in providing great services to the citizens of Goa. Goa Police providing an online portal to the citizens for their safety, security & ease. Now citizens of Goa can lodge an FIR or register a complaint through mobile within a minute. People are getting the benefits of the Portal. Now no need to go to the Police Station to register a complaint.

Complaint Registration

If you want to register a Complaint on Goa Police’s Portal then open the official website of Goa police and then click on Register Complaint and you will see a picture like given below for reference

Now you have to click on Sign In and you will see an image as given below for reference

Now click on Create Account on the left-hand side corner at bottom  of the image as you can see picture for reference given above

You have to enter your Personal details like given below:

• Enter your First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Screen Name, Date of Birth, Gender(Select from the drop-down menu), Email Address
• Enter your Address details Present and Permanent Address both, Pin number of both the Addresses, States of both Addresses(you can select from the drop-down menu), District of both the Addresses(Select from the drop-down menu)
• Enter the Identity details, you have to choose two different ID Proofs(For example the first one is Adhar Card and second is Voter Card) and enter both ID Proofs numbers as well
• Enter your Mobile Number then click on Send OTP and after receiving of OTP enter the same OTP Number and then click on Verify OTP
• Now enter the Code Number which is shown in the box and then click on Save button

Report A Crime

If you want to report any kind of crime you have to click on Reporting Crime then click on Report A Crime and you will see a picture as given below for reference

Now you have to add all the details like:

• Enter your Mobile Number and then click on send OTP
• Now Select A Category(Select from the drop-down menu)
• Then click on Do you wish to select a District Select Yes or No
• Now click on Do you wish to furnish your Details Select Yes or No
• Enter your City Name
• Enter your Address
• Enter the Place of occurrence
• Now write your Information Content
• Now enter the code you can see at the left side corner and click on it

Status Check

For Status Check you have to click on Reporting Crime and then click on Status Check and you will a picture as given below for reference

• Enter Reference Number
• Enter the Code which is shown on your left-hand side
• Then click on  the Search button

View FIR

To View FIR click on the View FIR and a page will be shown on screen as given below for reference

Now enter all the details given below

• Enter FIR From Date to To Date
• Enter District(Select from the drop-down menu)
• EnterPolice Station(Select from the drop-down menu)
• Enter the Case Number
• Enter Accused’s Name
• Enter Complainant’s Name
• Enter Victim’s Name
• Then click on the Search button
