The Gujarat government is providing the facility to check the land detail online as it has launched a portal for the assistance of the public which will reduce the problems of the people who have to wait too long in the queue outside the offices of the government official to know about the detail of their land and also if they have to transfer the land to another person they have to visit the offices regularly to meet the official for the same procedure.

The detail which is provided on the online portal are the services which are provided to the user to get the land record easily at the single click. You will be able to check the online detail of Khasra, Khatauni number, copy of the Khatauni and other land details which an owner of land requires. The State Government has Started an online portal ‘Any ROR @ Anywhere’, which aims to provide the online services, but the main purpose of this portal is to provide online land records.

- Either you can visit the official site of the portal which is named along or you can make use of the link below.’Any ROR @ Anywhere’ official website
- As soon you click on the link the online portal home page will appear which is shown in the image below.
- Select the option” View Land Record “.
- The above image will appear you will be provided with whether the urban land record or the rural land record select accordingly.
- Select the service.
- Click on the circle next to the service.
- Select your district.
- Select your tehsil.
- Select your village.
- Select the Survey Number.
- The image is as shown below.
- Click on the ‘Get Detail’ option.
- Your land record will appear on the screen.
- You can get the print of it.
VF8A Khata detail
To get the detail of Khata if you are the resident of the state Gujarat then you have to follow the following steps if you want to know your Khata detail. Check the steps below.
- Open the official site or visit the link given along by click here
- Select the VF8A KHATA DETAILS Option by clicking on it.
- Select your district.
- Select your Taluka.
- Select your village.
- Select the Khata Number.
- You will get the details.
- You can also take the print of it and keep it for future use.
